Description

A peaceful place to disconnect, spend time with family or friends and enjoy the countryside by the river. Located 8 km from Aranjuez and 15 km from Chinchón, it offers a spacious private setting, with sunsets, a swimming pool and outdoor areas to relax. Nearby activities include fishing, canoeing, horse riding, hiking, cycling, water skiing and birdwatching. Temporary stay for non-tourist use. The space The estate is made up of three independent houses within the same property: Casa Moreras, Casa Cañas and Casa Paraíso. This layout allows guests to enjoy a group stay, with shared spaces for gathering and independent areas for resting with more privacy. Casa Moreras is the main and largest house on the estate. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a terrace. Access is usually through the kitchen, although it also has direct access from the terrace. The living room is one of the most distinctive spaces in the house, as it has a bar counter connected to the kitchen through a serving hatch, creating a comfortable area for breakfasts, informal meals, after-dinner conversations or shared moments with the group. Casa Cañas is the former caretaker’s house of the estate. It has been adapted to offer a more open and bright layout, with one of the original bedrooms removed in order to enlarge the living room. The result is a comfortable home with a simple and pleasant atmosphere, with direct access to the patio, making it especially convenient for enjoying the outdoor areas. Casa Paraíso is the former workers’ house, now adapted as an independent accommodation. It is a peaceful and welcoming house, designed for enjoying countryside life and the natural atmosphere of the estate. Its location within the property, close to the swimming pool and outdoor areas, makes it a pleasant space for resting and enjoying the surroundings. Together, the three houses make the estate work very well for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends or temporary group stays. Each house remains independent, while all of them share the same outdoor setting: patio, swimming pool, resting areas, outdoor dining spaces and play areas. Guest access When booking the entire estate, guests may enjoy the property and its shared outdoor areas: patio, swimming pool, resting areas, outdoor dining spaces and play areas. The estate is designed so that the group can comfortably share the common spaces, enjoying the outdoors, the swimming pool and the different gathering areas. When the entire estate is booked, up to 25 people may gather at the property at no extra cost, including both overnight guests and people attending during the day. If guests wish to organise an event, a special gathering or have additional people attending during the stay, this must be communicated in advance so that the specific conditions of use of the estate can be assessed. For gatherings of more than 25 people, prior consultation is always required. In these cases, an additional event supplement may apply. As a reference, this supplement is 400 € for 2 days, although the final amount may vary depending on the total number of people, the duration, the type of event and the specific conditions of the gathering. The estate has a gas barbecue. Its use has an additional cost of 20 € per day, covering gas consumption and barbecue cleaning. The running water on the estate is not suitable for drinking. Upon arrival, an initial amount of drinking water will be provided as a courtesy for guests, but we recommend bringing enough bottled water for consumption throughout the stay. Other things to note This accommodation is offered as temporary accommodation for non-tourist use. Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign the specific agreement relating to this use. In addition, in accordance with current regulations on documentary registration in accommodation activities, guests must provide the necessary information and sign the corresponding guest registration forms. Guests over 14 years of age must provide their personal details and show a valid identification document. In the case of children under 14, their parents or legal guardians must provide the corresponding details. The booking must correctly indicate the number of people who will be staying at the estate, as well as the number of pets attending. If other people who are not staying overnight are going to attend during the stay, especially in the case of gatherings or events of more than 25 people, this must be communicated in advance in order to assess the conditions of use and, where applicable, the corresponding supplement.
