The space The property is divided into different spaces. The main house on the first floor has a living room with a fireplace and three bedrooms. On the ground floor are the former caretaker's house and the former day laborers' house, which have been adapted for current use and each has a bedroom and a sofa bed. Each space has its own private areas. For administrative purposes, this is a temporary room-based accommodation for non-tourist use. Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign a specific contract regarding non-tourist use, but are not required to provide any supporting documentation. Guest access If you rent Finca La Cuadra, you'll have access to all the common areas for your private use. The courtyard features a pool and children's playground, as well as several areas to sit and enjoy the tranquility. Upon request, a table can be set up so all guests can gather for an event. There are several gas barbecues available for guests to use. Their use carries a daily charge of €20 for gas consumption and barbecue cleaning.
