Gorgeous Fully furnished/equipped and freshly remodeled 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom + kitchen living room apartment, sleep 4 The apartment is at the 3rd floor - walk up (no lift) The space You will feel at home the second you walk in. The apt has a full kitchen, cable TV, A.C. and WI-FI connection. We provide guests with dish soap, sponge, shower gel, shampoo, towels, sheets, blankets, silverware glassware, pots,pans and kitchen utensils. The location (Downtown Yonkers) is gorgeous & strategic and safe at the same time. Steps to the Hudson River and all it has to offer, train station (30-35 minutes to Grand Central) supermarkets, pharmacies, family dollar, 99 cents store, restaurant/pizzerias/pubs, Taco place, cuban restaurant coffee shops and much much more. You will be impressed by the views of the Hudson River. The following idems ARE NOT PROVIDED: Paper towels, Napkins, coffee, coffee filters, milk, sugar sweetener, water, soft drinks, olive oil/salad dressing & spices. The following items ARE PROVIDED: 2 rolls of toilette paper, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish sponge, dish soap, bedding & towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, cookware, silverware dishware & glassware. Check in & Check out times are solid. Cleaning & laundry services are booked in advance therefore postponing them are not an option due to their tight schedule. Please make the necesaary planning to arrive on or after check in hours & check out on or before check out hours. If you arrive super early early or have a very late departures you can book an extra day based on availability. Any request for early arrivals or late departures will be diregarded * P A R K I N G * There is lots of Free public street parking (not assigned parking) you might have to drive around a few times but you will definitely find parking (VERY EASY DURING MORNING & EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS) - although it is not guaranteed. Finding parking ON WEEKENDS & during MORNING & AFTERNOON HOURS tends to be a bit MORE CHALLENGING Have a good time and a pleasant stay A parking garage and metered street parking are available nearby Look for BUENA VISTA PARKING GARAGE - YONKERS Meter parking enforcement hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Other things to note The apartment has been completely remodeled. The outside of the building & Staircase look a bit old - the building landlord is planning to bring it back to life iin the near future (soon after he is done remodelling all other apartments).
