A comfortable home in a quiet neighbourhood of Brighton, yet close enough to take a bus or taxi into the city centre. You can walk straight onto the south downs from here too. Hosts Paul and Lucy (and 2 teens) live next door with black labrador Jessie. There is a patio area with table for guests to enjoy, the rest of the garden is not available. Access to the rest of the garden by prior arrangement for dogs visiting. Not suitable for parties/hens/stags. No smoking in the house or garden. The space 3 bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize double bed, ensuite bathroom (with a shower) and a safe. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize double bed and a TV. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds. All rooms have space for clothes storage. There is a second bathroom upstairs; it has a bath with shower above. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. There is a small WC under the stairs. There is a large lounge/dining area with a TV. Outside is a patio area with six chairs and a table for guests to use. The garden building and the rest of the garden is not available for guests. Guest access Driveway, house and patio area for use. Rest of garden is private and not for guest use. Other things to note We are situated in a quiet residential area. This is not a suitable property for parties or noisy groups.
