Beautiful villa with a swimming pool

Our house is spacious and bright, surrounded by greenery with a large pool. You will feel good there because everything is designed to spend beautiful moments with family, for young and old, have fun, rest, share. This is our family home in which we live year-round. The space My🏡 The house offers a large fully equipped kitchen open to a living room dining room. A room with a bar is adjacent to the living room, ideal for preparing cocktails with the family while listening to some music. 🛌 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and double bed plus a 4th large duplex bedroom with two single beds and a very comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to the garden. The living room and kitchen are surrounded by glass doors that overlook the garden and a beautiful swimming pool. All the rooms in the house have been recently refurbished. 2 of the bathrooms are "kitschy" and very well equipped. 🌴The garden is nice with pretty plants and a Koi carp pond. The pool is large, with a space for children to stand as well as a space to have an aperitif while dipping. There is an outdoor kitchen with two dining tables as well as a plancha, an Ooni pizza oven, a shower, toilets, 6 deckchairs, 2 Chilean chairs 🧩 We have plenty of board games available as well as many books and comics. Adult bike rental possible. 🕊️Residential area, very quiet private road. 15 min from the city center by bike, 6 min from the Halle Tropisme (cultural place, bar restaurant) and very easy access to the beaches and Sete or the hinterland by car. A large hypermarket 5 minutes away. Very easy to park around the house. The villa is rented for the week. We only welcome families - parties are not allowed. 🐈 Our adorable cat Rocky will be there during the rental. Guest access The entire house and the outside are accessible to you, we will not be there Other things to note The house is part of a condominium. Your peace and privacy will be assured because you will have exclusive access to the garden and pool area as well as the entire family house for the duration of your stay.
