Well-kept room with private bathroom in the middle of Zurich

Renting out a cosy room for 1 guest in central Zurich. Please note that additional guests, pets etc. will not be tolerated. The room is basically furnished, your bathroom has shower / WC. The kitchen may be used for making a cup of tea or coffee - no cooking. Wifi available. As I work more than full time I kindly ask all my guests to please contact me in advance for check-in and check-out times so we can try to meet everybodys needs. Thank you! The space Cosy room in the middle of Zurich, right next to the "Langstrasse" - still, the place is very quiet. 15 min by foot to reach the main station! Guest access Let me know when you arrive and I will organize (someone) to be there to welcome you. As I work full time I may have to ask you for some flexibility here ;-) During your stay I like to interact, still, I have a full time job, a kid plus I'm always busy and on the go and can not promise I will always be around... I work as a travel agent and I used to work in hotel business - so I know all about it :) Other things to note I try to reduce (plastic) waste as much as possible and I recycle as much as I can. I also have a separate system for organic waste. I kindly ask my guests to take this into consideration (please ask upon check-in if you are interested!) and I highly appreciate if my guests don't leave behind huge amounts of waste.
