Elegant & Cozy Tiny House near downtown Napa

This place is really ideal for a Napa Community College student, or a traveling nurse for the Napa State Hospital... Chateau Nanette is a true Tiny House (Minimum 31 day stays). It's about 100 sf of cuteness, BUT it has everything you need for a comfortable stay! There is a mini kitchen and a small shower, and it's fully stocked with all you will need for a comfortable stay. Everyone who sees it says "Wow", because it's small but there is plenty of space - and it's so pretty! The space This cottage is behind my home, and you may use the backyard (except the hot tub) as long as you are respectful of the peace and quiet here. No Pets please. There are lots of protected wildlife in the yard, so let's give them peace... (a California pond turtle, a toad, lots of birds, and a newt family). Guest access You will have access to the backyard and the area in front of the cottage. Please be respectful of my privacy and avoid using the deck and hot tub. Thank you. Other things to note My home is only three blocks from the Napa State Hospital and four blocks from Napa Community College, and within a couple of miles to MANY wineries, so this cottage is in an Ideal location for traveling medical personnel, students, or winery workers or interns. The Rental is for a minimum stay of 30 days, per our County of Napa's requirements. The cottage is available for longer stays as well. The Host is available to answer questions about Napa and Napa Valley. There is a nice laundromat about 4 blocks away, across from a 7-ll Store, and there is a Mexican store and deli within 2 blocks from here. This is a very quiet, safe, and comfortable neighborhood. Renter will need Renter's insurance, and must provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 pm Check-out is at 12:00 noon
