Cozy charming apartment in the center of Paris, in the heart of the Saint Germain-des-Prés district and a stone's throw from the Seine, Notre-Dame de Paris and the Louvre Museum. This 30 m² studio is located in an old building on the 4th floor with an elevator (note that there are 8 steps to climb). It consists of a large living room/bedroom with 2 large windows on a quiet street, exposed beams and laminate flooring, a separate equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub, toilet. The space IDEALLY LOCATED TO WALK TO MANY OLYMPIC SITES (right in the center!) This apartment is conveniently located for discovering the city of Paris. A few steps from the Seine and the Louvre Museum, you can discover beautiful places in the capital on foot. Close to the Rue du Bac, Solferino, Palais Royal Musée du Louvre, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Musée d'Orsay metro stations, you will be spoiled for choice for your trips to the City of Lights! Rue de Verneuil, where the apartment is located, is renowned for its many antique shops and Maison Gainsbourg. You can find many restaurants and supermarkets around the apartment. This 30 m2 studio has a large living room divided in two by a curtain, thus allowing you to have a sitting area and a sleeping area. The seating area consists of a sofa, armchair, bench and small coffee tables. A dining table is also provided, if you want to enjoy good homemade dishes. The bedroom area consists of a comfortable 140 x 200 bed, small night tables and a dressing table. You will have a large closet to store your belongings throughout your stay. The bathroom consists of a bathtub, sink and toilet (please note that the hot water comes from a water tank, once empty, it will take a few hours to heat the water again). The kitchenette is separate and consists of a stove, a small fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle. You will find all the necessary utensils to prepare food.
