Historic Urban Loft at the Beach

Enjoy an entire month of vacation at the beach for the price of a week! This apartment encompasses the 3rd floor of The Escallonia building, located in the heart of Lincoln City. Located between the ocean and Devil's Lake, our apartment offers peaks of water on both sides. The apartment faces HWY 101 which travels along the 7 miles of Lincoln City and is a quick walk to the D River beach wayside. This central spot keeps you right in the middle of everywhere you would need to go. The space The apartment occupies the entire 3rd floor. There are two flights of stairs from the parking area to the deck and entry door. Enjoy large open living areas, spacious bedrooms and updated bathrooms. Each room has a smart TV and two of the rooms have fire places. The entire place is artfully decorated and furnished. These 4 rooms can easily accommodate a large family, 4 couples or up to 16 people comfortably. Guest access This space is all yours- enjoy! Other things to note The Escallonia is home to three other businesses: Hearth and Table is an amazing Wood Fired Bistro open Wednesday through Saturday 3pm to 8pm. You'll be able to hear a light tune from their speakers and smell dough baking while they're open. Studio 304 is a boutique home goods store that is open Wednesday through Saturday 2pm to 7pm. Schooner Creek Designs is an artisanal furniture designer, usually in the shop Tuesday through Friday 9am to 3pm. Please, be courteous to your neighbors.
