Just 8 min. from downtown Pasadena and short drive to the Rose Bowl, our location ensures easy access to city attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. Within walking distance, of Trader Joe's, and charming restaurants along Foothill Blvd. Step inside to an open floor plan that seamlessly combines functionality and creativity. With 3 bedrooms, our space accommodates families+ friends comfortably. Outside, a private pool awaits. The space Our house is a spacious single-story home with an open floor plan, featuring custom cabinetry and built-ins throughout. The Master Bedroom is adjoined by a private Master Bath and offers a beautiful view of the pool through its large sliding glass doors. This room also includes a 40" Frame TV. The second bedroom, which includes a blue sofa, serves as a versatile space that functions as a bedroom, TV room, and den. It is equipped with gaming consoles and a 65" Samsung Frame TV. The sofa in this room converts into a custom-built king-size bed that ensures exceptional comfort, unlike typical pull-out beds. For long-term stays, we are open to replacing it with a traditional bed if preferred. The third bedroom features a single bed with an extremely comfortable organic mattress and a stylish bed frame from Bludot. High-quality sheets and towels are provided for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a feast. Each room is equipped with Sonos speakers for your listening pleasure. Outdoors, we offer both a gas BBQ and a Traeger smoker. Our outdoor table comfortably seats 12, making it perfect for entertaining. Other things to note Our house is a single-story home. The Master Bedroom is adjoined by a private Master Bath. The room featuring the sofa includes a convertible custom-built king-size bed that ensures exceptional comfort—it's not your typical pull-out bed. If you prefer a traditional bed in that room for a long-term stay, we are open to making that adjustment. The pool is unheated. It receives direct sunlight all day but depending on the outdoor temperature, it can sometimes be chilly. Notes: - Sstunning oak trees line our beautiful street. - We are a couple of blocks off the main boulevard and .6 mile walking distance/or 2 minute drive to points of interest including Starbucks, Ralphs and Trader Joe's. - There is one small step at the front of the home that you can see in the pictures. - We have plenty of parking in the front of the home and a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars. - We are a few blocks from the East and West entrances to the 210. - There are mountain views from the front of the home, on the street, but none from inside the home. We quite like our location because we don’t have bears like our friends in the mountainous areas:) - Silverlake is a 12 minute drive:)
