Have you always wanted to live onboard? Now it is possible! Annet is equipped with central heating and air condition and insulated to be used year around so it is warm and cozy even when it is cold outside. Spacious and well equipped houseboat surrounded by nature at peaceful location, with good connection to Helsinki centrum. All services are close by. Ship has finnish sauna, possibility to swim in the sea straight from the ship and has all accomodities needed to have relaxing time. The space livingroom combined with dining area for 6 people kitchen 2 bedrooms sauna with separate dressing room toilet dining/grill area on the deck. There are beds for 4 people. 2 additional quests can be accomodated in the living room. (wide sofabed and separate matress) Guest access Guests are welcome to use all spaces, exept for the technical rooms, engine room, technical storages and command bridge. During the welcoming quests have the opportunity to get a shiptour on these areas if they are intrested. Other things to note M/S Annet is a ship that is freely floating in the sea. This brings few things that need to be taken into concideration. During winter you can take a walk on ice, or have an ice swimming session if you dare! If weather is windy, she will swing and sway on the waves. Not too much, but in certain conditions this is clearly noticeable, but completely safe and gives you an experience you cannot achieve on dry land. Ship is not connected to communal sewage or water supply. Please use water sparingly. Unfortunately cruises are not possible. Sailing the ship at the sea requires trained personnel and I do not have lisence to host commercial cruises.
