Located in a quiet residential area, it’s just a 3-minute drive from the town center. At the heart of a beautifully maintained garden stand two magnificent villas connected by a porch. Villa Rosa is set on a 2000 sqm property adjacent to the host’s house. Although some outdoor spaces are shared, the two villas are completely independent, ensuring privacy and discretion. The entrance opens directly into a spacious living area with a comfortable lounge where you can enjoy a stunning view of the garden, as well as a dining table. Next to the living area, you’ll find a large, well-equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare delicious meals, making you feel right at home. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find the sleeping area with two double bedrooms (160x200 bed with mattress and topper), and a bathroom with a shower. A beautiful glass-design wooden staircase leads to the attic floor, where you’ll discover an open space of about 40 sqm, equipped for relaxation: a two-seater sofa, a glass coffee table (also suitable for work), a three-quarter bed (120x200), and another full bathroom. From June to October, guests can use the pool located in front of the host’s patio. During your stay, the pool is reserved exclusively for guests, who can also relax in the private garden area dedicated to them. During your stay, the pool is reserved exclusively for guests, who can then relax in their designated garden area. Upon request, transfers can be arranged to and from Torino Caselle Airport, Milano Malpensa Airport, and the main railway stations. Other things to note The property is home to two gentle dogs owned by the host; therefore, no other pets are allowed. The dogs will be kept away from guests. The upstairs area is an open space (without doors) featuring a comfortable 120x200 cm (three-quarter size) bed, suitable for one person but snug for two, along with an en-suite bathroom. Please note that there are unprotected stairs inside the house, and the pool is unfenced, which may pose a hazard for young children.
