A two bedroom, one bath home with a full kitchen, full bathroom and an acre in a serene, peaceful hilly countryside, with a beautiful porch and sun deck overlooking a pretty pond. Located just 10 minutes from Cuba Lake, we have kayaks available for guests upon advance request at no additional charge. Meanwhile, the Genesee Valley Greenway Trail is just minutes away and leads to the Finger Lakes trail for avid long distance hikers. Gorgeous Letchworth State Park is also only 45 minutes away. The space The kitchen as a 4-pilot gas range and full oven, as well as a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher and a center table. There's lots of counter space for those who like to spent time preparing meals in the kitchen. The bathroom has two beautiful vanities, a large, cozy bathtub and a standalone shower, as well as a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has two closets in addition to a comfortable queen-sized bed. It also has direct access to the bathroom. The second bed room contains a full bed and looks out onto the pond. The porch and sun deck is connected by stairs which also lead down to a pond-side bridge. There are ample fish to enjoy, as well as turtles and other pond creatures, flowering lilypads, and visits by ducks and herons. Guests can park in front of the home and/or in the carport at the entrance to the property.
