The apartment is about 100 m² (4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom) and is located on the 2nd floor in a listed house. Specially furnished workplace. Located in the historic center of Haltern, the many cozy restaurants and sights are within walking distance. The church square and the pedestrian zone in front of the house entice you to visit the market and in good weather to enjoy ice cream, delicious dishes and drinks. The area can be optimally explored on foot or by bike. No pets allowed. The space The apartment is furnished with antique, tasteful furniture, decorations and pictures. The entire ambience is cozy and stylish, a Westphalian-elegant townhouse. Specially furnished workplace. All the windows have stained glass. Guest access The main entrance leads to the second floor - there is also a meeting room of the law firm. The entrance to the apartment is separated by an extra door and is only used by the tenants of the apartment. The cozy dining-living room is equipped with a wooden table and 4 dining chairs. The workplace - consisting of an old secretary - overlooking the garden, makes working a pleasure. There is also a couch and TV. The adjoining kitchen with balcony is well equipped. The spacious bedroom and the smaller bedroom are each furnished with a double bed and extra seating. In the dressing room there is also a bed for 1 person and the farmer's cabinet for clothes. Toys and books are available there for the children! A crib and highchair are provided. From the large bedroom and from the bedroom in the dressing room you have direct access to the bathroom. In the small closet and in the left part of the large bedroom closet there is storage space for my guests' clothes. From the small bedroom, the path to the bathroom leads through the dressing room. Other things to note The landlord's law firm is located on the ground floor and is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. A meeting room is located on the 1st floor. The entrance to the apartment is separated by an extra door and is only used by the tenants of the apartment. After work, the house is used exclusively by the vacation guests.
