Large room overlooking river, with own bathroom

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Own room on top floor with own bathroom on 1st floor. Beautiful location in conservation area. The house is by the river and we are within walking distance of Norwich City Centre and railway station. The room sleeps 2, comfortable king size bed, there is also a single day bed should you wish to use it for another guest. Clean modern townhouse with parking on drive. Whitlingham country park , Ski club and NCFC close by. Other things to note My house is about 20 minute walk from the train station and about 20 minute walk into Norwich. It is on a bus route and you can hire electric bikes and scooters which is about 5 minute walk to Trowse and they are called Beryl bikes, opposite the church in Trowse. The other option is a taxi which costs between£7.50-£9.00 one way into the city. I am in the process of putting together a guide for Norwich, as there is no tourist information office in Norwich.
