The two storeys allow views of the ocean from the balcony. Ideal if you are after a relaxing, outdoor break. Sorry, but no pets allowed. Strictly no more than 7 guests. This is a quiet residential street and large parties will not be tolerated. Leavers groups not accepted. Shopping centre is a 5 min walk, train station to Perth 5 min drive. Very close to the beach. Boat ramp nearby. Has three bedrooms, one bath, two showers and two toilets. Also has a large living area with air conditioning. TV, DVD, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher. No smoking, double garage, has an warm outdoor shower. All facilities provided, you only need to bring yourself. There is a $500 bond for the property to be paid in cash on exchange of the keys. If the property is left neat and tidy the bond is returned.
