Newquay Town House

A well-loved family town house in the heart of Newquay. Our favourite local beaches include; Towan (5min walk), Great Western (10min walk) , Tolcarne (12min) and Fistral (15-20min). Equipped for beach adventures: foam surfboard, body boards, beach games are all available ready for your beach day. Enjoy family memories with a night in of board games or hit the town to some of the best restaurants, cafes and pubs that Newquay offers, all accessible just a simple walk down the street. The space This is our family home which we hope serves you well and provides you with a family friendly home for your holiday. Please do look after it and respect that all that is provided is our own belongings. Here is a description of our property... Ground Floor: Kitchen/Diner - Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, High Chair, Booster Seat and plastic bowls, plates & cultury for children. Lounge - Sofa end with TV and Children's play end of Lounge with Log Burner. The log burner in the TV end of the lounge is gas however we ask kindly that you do not use this one during your stay. Enclosed Lean-to - This is where your beach days finish by washing your wetsuits and storing your buckets and spades! First Floor: Bedroom 1 - Single/Double pull out bed (Bed has two mattresses so another option as well as the single/double is to have the single bed and the other mattress on the floor) Bedroom 2 - King Sized Bed Family Bathroom - Bath, Shower, Toilet, Sink Second Floor: Bedroom 3 - King Sized bed Bathroom - Shower, Toilet, Sink Parking: Road runs around the back of the terraced property with parking for one car at the back. If you have more than one car, the street of the property has free parking which can get busy but cars constantly moving throughout the day so spots do become available. If you would like to know some key spots for finding free parking then just ask :) Guest access All rooms of the house are available for your use however we ask that you do not access the loft. - Toys & books for children in the lounge - Adult games (eg Articulate, Catan, Uno, Cards) in wooden chest in bedroom 2 (We ask please that children do not play with these so that they are not damaged or pieces don't go missing) - Feel free to use the surfboards in the lean-to. They may look well used but they absolutely still do the job and will save you hiring! - In the lean-to by the lounge window is another wooden chest full of beach goods such as buckets and spades etc. ** With all of the above, these are our own belongings that are regularly used by ourselves and our little boy so please do take care and if, as it can happen, anything is broken or lost, then please do replace it **
