Townhouse near forest and beach

Detached townhouse located in Nexø's old town. The house has a courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Only 3 km to one of Denmark's best beaches. The house is bright and simply decorated. The space The house has on the ground floor, in addition to the kitchen and bathroom, 3 living rooms, where one has a sofa bed for 2 people. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. There is also a smaller room where I store private things, so this is not available. Guest access Guests will have access to three living rooms (one of which has a sofa bed), a kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Other things to note Please note that tenants must do the final cleaning. It may be agreed that the tenant will do it for a fee. Tenants must bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels. There are duvets and pillows in the house. There is no access to the basement, so there is no possibility to use a washing machine.
