We are located in Residencial El Portillo, one of the finest communities in the area, on the beachside, with 24/7 security and electricity. Housekeeping and cook service are included. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning to ensure a restful stay. The property features three full bathrooms, one guest bathroom, and an additional bathroom in the pool area for your convenience. The minimalist-style kitchen is spacious and bright, with a large island and an open layout that allows you to socialize while cooking. The dining area is located on the covered terrace, facing the pool. It seats up to 10 guests and allows you to enjoy outdoor dining in a fresh garden setting. The large garden is perfect for relaxing and creating unforgettable moments. It includes an outdoor concrete lounge area, a bar, and a portable BBQ for enjoyment both day and night. We are also pet friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to enjoy the stay with you. There is a practical laundry area for your convenience. The house is equipped with a backup power generator in case of any outage in the area. There is parking in front of the house for up to four vehicles, providing both convenience and security. The community is gated and monitored, with controlled access to ensure your safety and peace of mind. You also have access to a private beach. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for a linen closet located in the first bedroom and the electric generator area located after the pool area bathroom.
