Fire up the outdoor grill and dine al fresco amidst the tranquil sounds of nature. After dinner, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and savor the evening under the stars. For your bathing needs, we offer an outdoor tub, nestled in the trees and a charming private bathhouse. Immerse yourself in nature while enjoying a hot shower, and rest assured that our compost toilet reflects our commitment to sustainable living. Stay connected with internet access, allowing you to share your adventures with loved ones or browse for local activities and attractions. To conserve energy, internet access is available during specified hours, and a battery pack is provided for charging your gadgets. However, we encourage you to take this opportunity to disconnect and fully embrace the tranquility of your surroundings. Please note that as The Stargazer is located on a farm, you may hear the sounds of tractors, farm animals, farming activities, and wildlife. For your comfort, we provide a battery-operated noise/sound machine to help create a peaceful atmosphere during your stay. There is another unit set further back. Guest access - The guest entrance is through the farm gate marked "Cultus Lake Glamping." Drive up the gravel driveway, and the unit will be on your immediate right. - Welcome to The Stargazer! - Please keep in mind our neighbours and other guests appreciate their privacy too. - Do not feed, touch, or engage with animals or livestock in neighbouring or surrounding fields. - If you choose to explore please be aware of the property hillside and the privacy of other guest. Please be advised that this is a farming community, so there will be farm-related noises. Other things to note - Stargazer access is up a gravel hill. Lowered vehicles are not recommended. - Children must be supervised at all times - Limited cell reception - Please no smoking - Potential wildlife encounters - Do not drink water from the bathroom sink - Please bring the necessary camping supplies for outings or excursions - Dogs are allowed but please do not allow them on furniture, keep them leashed, and supervised. - Internet is powered by solar system - can be weather dependent - Bring ice for the cooler - If you intend to use the propane fire pit, please bring tank or we have one you can rent for an additional $25 - This is a farm stay - please note there will be farming sounds - This unit does not have heat, please bring proper attire for the weather - There is another unit on the property, that may be booked.
