The Lookout Villa, Hummingbird Deck

Due to the elevated position of The Lookout Villa, even our lower Hummingbird Deck apartment has a breath-taking, panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, Lower Bay beach, stunning Admiralty Bay and the surrounding pristine natural forest. A wooden deck has been extended from the lower floor of the villa, allowing guests to soak up the view, lounge in comfort, as well as dine & entertain al-fresco. The sun sets majestically out to the front on the apartment, which is surrounded by tropical gardens. The space The Hummingbird Deck apartment has two beautiful en-suite bedrooms. The large front bedroom benefits from both fan & air conditioning, has a queen sized 4-poster bed with mosquito net and there is direct access to the wooden front deck via French mahogany doors. It also has an en-suite bathroom with “rain” style shower to the rear. There is a dressing table as well as ample storage & wardrobe space. The rear en-suite bedroom is peaceful & quiet, with twin beds (can be made into a super-king sized bed if required), dressing table, storage & fan. In the main living area of the apartment lies a well-equipped kitchen, with gas cooker, fridge freezer, tea & coffee making facilities & all the home comforts. The thoughtfully designed, large windows & French doors allow guests to admire the ocean view to the front. The kitchen opens out into the large living space with a breakfast bar & seating. The generous living room has two sofas, bluetooth tower speaker and storage space as well as access to the front & rear bedrooms. Guest access Guests have access to a self-contained 2 bed/2 bath apartment with outdoor space, tropical gardens & superb ocean views
