Welcome to stay with us and our charming old Doctor's Villa. The apartment is centrally located is bright, has high ceilings and has green lush views of the surroundings in all directions. Vilhelmina's CULTURAL HERITAGE such as - the Church, Samevistet, - the Church Town - the Museum is just "around the corner" from the property. And within a short walking distance, you will come down to the city center where you will find most things. - Cafés, Restaurants, pizzerias, Shops and you also have Nature right nearby The space The apartment is centrally located, has its own entrance directly adjacent to the parking lot and is spread over two floors. ENTRANCE floor: - Spacious dressing room with separate toilet. - Cleaning and small room for recycling. ONE STAIRCASE up: - HALLWAY leading to - combined LIVING/BEDROOM with double bed and seating area with sofa bed that can be made for 1-2 people, small armchair and table - Toilet with shower -Fully equipped KITCHEN with dining area for four people. Feel free to look at the pictures of the different rooms so you get a good and real idea of the accommodation. :-)) From the accommodation, most of Vilhelminas CULTURAL HERITAGE is "just a stone's throw" or "just around the corner..." - Our beautiful VILHELMINA CHURCH, which is located high and stately with beautiful views - SAMEVISTET up on the church hill and our nice old - VILHELMINA CHURCH TOWN. - VOLGSJÖ SCHOOL / school park with fountain - TINGSHUSET - MEMORIAL STONE to the First Settler and - the foundation of the Old CHOIR CHURCH (located next to our town hall behind the ICA supermarket) Nice views of Vilhelmina can be found up around the church, which is located high and stately - Then just stroll down from the driveway to the church, down Storgatan and get the best view of our nice old ~ Church Town and down to the center... and then stroll down to the center and the "square" and everything that our lively community wants and can offer you. You are within walking distance of most things - Cafés, Restaurants, Shops and you also have Nature right around the corner. You can, if you want and the weather allows, enjoy our nice stone-paved patio in the "Pavilion" 1 staircase up from your accommodation. The patio and apartment are a little higher and secluded but still in the middle of the community or "the square" as we call it. In summer, it's leafy and green around the houses in all directions. So it's nice to sit with the morning coffee, lunch, sunbathing during the day or dinner. If you want to use the grill, it's perfectly okay... just let us know. CHARGING STATIONS: If you have an ELECTRIC CAR, you will find charging stations about 150 meters down at Hotel Wilhelmina - down at ICA in the city center and down at OKQ8 on the way south from the city center As we have previously noted, PETS/parties and loud music are NOT allowed.
