Other things to note Please review the following before booking: The Lakes at St. David RV Resort operates as an Adults-Only Resort (21+) from November 1 through April 30. From May 1 through October 31, families and children are welcome. Casita 187 is designated pet-friendly accommodations. Pets are not permitted in any other casita. Pet-friendly casitas are limited and subject to availability. Allowed Pets Dogs only Maximum of 2 dogs per casita No cats or other animals permitted Dogs must be well-behaved and non-aggressive Service animals are not pets and are not restricted to designated pet-friendly casitas. Pet Fees A non-refundable Pet Damage Fee of $100 applies to every casita stay with a dog. The fee is charged per stay and is the same whether you bring one dog or two. This fee is not a security deposit. It is not refunded at checkout. We no longer require a refundable security deposit for pet stays. The standard $50 casita cleaning fee applies to all casita reservations, with or without pets. Damage Beyond Normal Pet Wear The Pet Damage Fee covers additional deep cleaning and the routine wear associated with pets. It does not limit your responsibility for damage. Guests are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of resort property damaged by their dogs, including: Stains or damage to flooring and rugs Damage to linens, mattresses, furniture, doors, or fixtures Odor remediation Unreported pet accidents Housekeeping required beyond standard cleaning All pet casita guests sign a Pet Casita Agreement at check-in authorizing the card on file to be charged for damage exceeding normal pet wear. The casita is inspected within 24 hours of departure. If damage is found, you'll receive written notice with photographs and an itemized cost before any charge is made. When You Arrive A valid credit card must be kept on file for the length of your stay and for 30 days after departure, whatever method you use to pay your reservation. We cannot complete check-in without one. Each dog must be currently vaccinated for rabies. You will be asked to confirm this when you sign. Casita Pet Rules Dogs must be kenneled if left unattended inside the casita. Guests provide the kennel. Dogs are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture. Dogs must remain leashed while outside the casita. Guests must clean up after their dogs immediately. Failure to do so results in a $50 cleanup fee per incident. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted. During rattlesnake season (March–October), dogs may not be left unattended outdoors. Guests are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their dogs. Undeclared pets are subject to a $250 fee and may result in removal from the casita without refund. All casita pet stays are also subject to the General Resort Pet Policy above. • Smart TVs automatically log guests out of personal streaming services on the departure date selected at check-in, helping protect your privacy.
