Great location for Students or working professionals with close Access to 91&5 15min drive to Disneyland 30min drive to Huntington Beach “SurfCity USA” - close enough to get the evening beach breeze and far enough to not deal with the traffic. Room has 1 Twin bed - Prime location with nearby freeway and bus access. Fresh, youthful, easygoing household - welcoming and respectful to all walks of life. Currently living with a trained dog and cat who are maintained in my section of the house. The space Guest have access to a private room and shared “full” bathroom with a double sink and bath tub. Bathroom is shared with 1 other guest Shared spaces include a living room and full kitchen - as well as a washer / dryer unit. There is a small mini fridge as well as a folding table which can be set up to use as a desk During your stay I work from home and am generally available via text or call anytime - I respond to emails promptly but slower than other forms of contact. I live on this property so am available most all days to welcome guests to their space
