Arrowhead Cabin Located next to Village & Lake

Our home is an easy 5-10 mins walk to Lake Arrowhead Village. Newly astroturfed yard, surrounded by a grove of trees. Always kept clean and ready for arriving guests. Our home is your home In the last few years we have updated the heating ( heater), cleaned the ventilation, replaced the windows and re-did the attics insulation. Allergies were a big target for this property, so air quality is important! We hope guests enjoy the Mountain air and the home’s quirckyness. The space 5 bedroom house. 1 king bed in master bedroom upstairs. 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 queen bed main level 1 twin bed main level Guest access There are closets and storage spaces that are locked on the property + not accessible for guest use a The garage is not accessible to guests Thank you for your understanding Other things to note Please note this is not a ‘party house’. Respect the neighborhood and the home itself. Meant for hosting a good time, but not a loud or rowdy time. Immediate neighbors live next door and will contact us if they believe the guests are abusing their stay :) Please treat the home and neighborhood with respect. Dogs are allowed, but guest is responsible for cleaning up after meticulously leaving no trace of the animal stay. If there is a noticeable damage or fur on furniture or any of the other issues that a dog may create for the property that will be $100 cleanup fee .
