There is a parking/stopping bay near by for dropping off luggage, & the closest parking is The Arches Car Park, or the Multi Storey Car Park close to Sainsburys (supermarket). Also, North Beach Car Park is within walking distance. There is so much to do in Tenby and the surrounding area plus you'll find three beautiful beaches just a short walk away including North Beach, Harbour Beach & South Beach. There are also many boat trips to enjoy daily including a boat to Caldey Island. Other things to note 📝 Good to know: 🏢 The apartment is on the first floor (approx. 17 steps). 🛬 Drop-off nearby, with parking at The Arches, Sainsbury’s Multi-Storey, or North Beach Car Park within walking distance. 🏖️ Explore Tenby’s three beautiful beaches – North, Harbour & South – all a short walk away. ⛴️ Daily boat trips available, including to Caldey Island. ⚠️ Note: no gas supply, so no carbon monoxide alarm. 🏡 House Rules: 🚭 Non-Smoking Property Our home is a 100% non-smoking space — both inside and outside. • Smoking indoors: $250 deodorizing fee • Smoking or damage from smoking in outdoor areas: $250 fee 🔊 Noise monitors assess sound & duration levels; they DO NOT have recording functions (mic/camera). 🐾 Pets: Only permitted with written confirmation. Unauthorized pets: $250 plus extra cleaning costs. 🎉 Parties/Events: Strictly not allowed. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund. 🔕 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 🚬 External Smoking Only: Allowed in the private courtyard with the door fully closed. Courtyard must be clean upon checkout. Odors or butts left behind will incur extra charges. 🗑️ Excessive Rubbish & Extra Cleaning: $50 per hour for removal or additional cleaning. ♻️ Council Bin Usage: Misuse incurs a $100 fee for proper sorting.
