You will find a comfortable living room where you can relax after a busy day at the beach. The equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with local products that you can find nearby. For your convenience, we've thought of everything! The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. CHECK-IN: the check-in will take place at 5 p.m. A lockbox will be available to enter the premises independently. All access information to the accommodation will be available on the AIRBNB app 1 hour before your arrival. 2. CHECK-OUT: the exit inventory will be carried out from 10 a.m. according to our daily schedules, and must be done in person! Early departures before this time are allowed, just notify our "super co-host" Alexandra of the desired time. Welcome flexibility to fit your schedule. 3. HOUSE LINEN such as linens and towels are NOT INCLUDED in our rental rates. You are free to use your own equipment or to ask us for a provision from our external service provider (laundry with cleaning of the linen, ironed on your arrival). For health safety, textiles are packaged in sterilized plastic film. -> The sheets + bath towels kit: €39 (1 fitted sheet + 1 flat sheet + 2 pillowcases + 2 large towels + 2 small towels). For hygiene reasons, it is strictly forbidden to sleep on mattress covers and pillow protectors. Duvets/Blankets and Pillows are provided and cleaned free of charge by the Owners. 4. Cleaning will be done at the end of the stay by professional teams. We will also leave the equipment and cleaning products at your disposal within the accommodation for your daily use. Note, however, that the property must be returned in a "respectable" clean condition and tidied as on your arrival (disposal of household waste by you). 5. OCCUPANCY CAPACITY: This listing is equipped to accommodate 5 people MAXIMUM. The number of occupants must match the booking made and the profile registered on AIRBNB.
