You won't even need a car in this location, but if you have one, we can negotiate off-street parking for you. Walkable to all the fun of Denver. Besides the stadium, there's Meow Wolf, Sloan's Lake Park, Lakewood Gulch trail (bike right into downtown), and local coffee shops, restaurants, and movies. The space Our sunny classic urban bungalow in the heart of Denver, cannot be beat. The house is just wonderful! You will love this location. Walk/run/bike or take public transit to all that Denver has to offer. No need for a car, but if you do, there is ample street parking, or we can negotiate parking in our driveway, reach out for more info. 2 very comfy bedrooms with a King and a Queen bed. Sleep like you're on a cloud with the "Lamborghini" of mattresses. Our king bed is the most comfortable you've ever slept in. Laundry is shared in the basement unit. Enjoy games and dinners at our spacious dining table. Take in your morning coffee on the porch swing and watch the city go by. You will love staying here. Guest access This is a house with 2 separate units. The unit that we are making available here is the upstairs unit. The laundry is available in the downstairs unit. Other things to note * There is absolutely no tobacco smoking allowed anywhere on the property. If you are a tobacco smoker, we kindly ask that you find another place. * You will not need a car in this location, but if you bring one, there's ample street parking. Please make sure to pay attention to parking signs, the city folks love to ticket, especially on street sweeping days. We don't want you to pay for tickets.
