It is a totally independent house, surrounded by greenery, near Valle d 'Aosta in Canavese. In spring and summer, a SWIMMING POOL with JACUZZI and outdoor kitchen The space The property is totally independent for EXCLUSIVE USE and is arranged on two floors: KITCHEN/LIVING AREA overlooking the living room on the ground floor with a double sofa bed and a Netflix TV. On the second floor, there is a SLEEPING AREA with 2 bedrooms: the chocolate room with a double bed and two single beds and balcony; the green room with a double bed and a large sofa for relaxing. Each floor comes with a bathroom, with a shower or bathtub. In front of the entrance, terrace with outdoor furniture and winter SPA with sauna and Nordic outdoor bathroom (but with cover), so you can always use it, with any weather, heated water and reserved spa and available only to our customers at no additional cost! Guest access The house can be reached by car, you have the possibility of private parking in front of the entrance gate of the location (very large property from the entrance gate to Villa Gio’ are more than 2000 square meters of greenery). You pass through the garden area and Zen pond (you can feed our koi carp) then you pass the villa owned by the host (from the photos the yellow/red one) and then reach the summer pool (unheated) but always open (beach with jacuzzi), then another green area and finally your housing unit Villa Gio': a totally independent house for exclusive use without sharing with other guests, with access from the terrace, with outdoor furniture and a SPA with a sauna and an outdoor Nordic bath adjacent to the house in front of the garden. In the large property (2000 square meters of land ) only the Host and his family (Villa Giallo Rossa) therefore in Villa Gio’ the privacy and exclusive use of the whole are guaranteed. Guests can use ALL the services in an exclusive way by booking the SPA at least 3 hours before use via message: the Nordic bathroom can be used in unlimited time until the water is to your liking, the sauna remains on about two hours, all without sharing with any other guest. The water in the tub (1500 liters) is changed every day! ATTENTION: Access to the house and the external location is allowed ONLY for people booked. If there are additional guests who want to access the location, it is necessary to request it in advance at the time of booking and we will let you know how and how to access it. Other things to note The unheated summer pool is always open, and there is a jacuzzi on the beach. Of course, the water temperatures from March to October are pleasant, but for the rest of the year, only the bravest will dive in and contrast the thermal waters with the Nordic bath. In spring/summer, there is the possibility of using the outdoor kitchen, patio, and sun loungers, all for your exclusive use for your relaxation. The SPA can be used from October to May/June: the sauna and the "Nordic" bath are located on the terrace adjacent to the house, facing the garden, of course outdoors, but with a roof so you can always use it, in any weather and at no extra cost! To use the Spa, simply communicate the time you prefer to use it by sending a message at least 3 hours before use 347/5160335. We will make you find hot water and a fragrant environment to allow you total relaxation at no extra charge.
