It is a totally independent house, surrounded by greenery, near Valle d'Aosta in Canavese. In spring and summer, a SWIMMING POOL with JACUZZI and outdoor kitchen The space The accommodation is totally independent for EXCLUSIVE USE and is arranged on two floors: KITCHEN/LIVING AREA overlooking the living room on the ground floor with a double sofa bed and a TV with Netflix. On the second floor, there is a SLEEPING AREA with 2 bedrooms: the chocolate room with a double bed and two single beds and balcony; the green room with a double bed and a large sofa for relaxing. Each floor has a bathroom, with a shower or bathtub. In front of the entrance, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a winter SPA with sauna and outdoor Nordic bath (but with a cover), so that you can always use it, in any weather conditions, with heated water and a private spa available only to our customers at no additional cost! Guest access The house can be reached by car, you have the possibility of private parking in front of the entrance gate of the location (very large property from the entrance gate to Villa Gio' are more than 2000 square meters of greenery). You pass through the garden area and Zen pond (you can feed our koi carp), then you pass the villa owned by the host (the yellow/red one in the photos) and then reach the summer pool (unheated) but always open (beach with jacuzzi), then another green area and finally your Villa Gio' housing unit: a totally independent house for exclusive use without sharing with other guests, with access from the terrace, with outdoor furniture and SPA with sauna and the outdoor Nordic bath adjacent to the house in front of the garden. Only the Host and his family (Red Yellow Villa) live on the large property (2000 square meters of land), so privacy and exclusive use of everything are guaranteed in Villa Gio'. Guests can enjoy ALL the services exclusively by booking the SPA at least 3 hours before its use via message: the Nordic bath can be used indefinitely as long as the water is to your liking, the sauna remains on for about two hours, all without sharing with any other guests. The water in the tank (1500 liters) is changed every day! ATTENTION: Access to the house and the external location is allowed EXCLUSIVELY to the people who have booked. If there are additional guests who would like to access the location, you must request it in advance when booking, and we will inform you of the methods and possibilities of access. Other things to note The unheated summer pool is always open, on the beach there is a jacuzzi, obviously the water temperatures from March to October are pleasant for the rest of the year, only for the brave as a dip and thermal contrast to the Nordic bath. In spring/summer, there is the possibility of using the outdoor kitchen, patio and sun loungers, all for your exclusive use for your relaxation. The SPA can be used from October to May/June: the sauna and the "Nordic" bath are located on the terrace adjacent to the house, in front of the garden, obviously outdoors, but with a cover so you can always use it, in any weather conditions and without additional costs! To use the Spa, simply communicate the time you prefer to use it by sending a message at least 3 hours before use 347/5160335. We will make sure you find hot water and a fragrant environment to allow you to relax completely at no extra cost. You can use the Nordic bath for an unlimited time as long as the water is to your liking, the sauna will remain on for about two hours. The water in the tank (1500 liters) is changed every day.
