The space Spacious house of 216m2 and a 108m2 basement. You will get access to mostly all the house (except garage, walking-closet and a part of the basement) while we will be on holidays. You will find 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 1 on the ground floor and 1 in the basement. Besides this, the house is equipped with 2 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen table seats up to 4-5 people while you can be up to 8-10 people sitting at the table in the living room. If you want, there is a possibility to move the table of the kitchen to have a long table fitting 14 people. Enjoy the convenience of access to Wi-Fi in all parts of the house. We also have 1 smart LG TV in the living room which is connected to Wi-Fi so you can view content on all kind of apps (no streaming services included). The house is located in a peaceful and beautiful villa area with green spaces and several playgrounds close at hand. You will have convenient access to public transportation with buses 130 (300m) and trains (1.2km) taking you to Malmö, Lund, and Copenhagen in a short time. For example, it's an 8-minute train ride from Åkarp to Malmö C. Guest access You will have access to almost the entire villa, except for the garage, a walk-in closet upstairs, and a part of the basement.
