Entire floor with bags of room and natural light

More than just a room, more like your own flat, perfect for business or pleasure. We are a friendly family of three and are on the very northern edge of Swindon. You'll have your own floor with bags of natural light which includes a large double bedroom with lounge area, a single room (plus futon mattresses), and own bathroom. Can sleep 2 adults and up to 3 children. Broadband, towels, black out blinds, Amazon Fire TV and parking with electric charging available. The space This is essentially your own exec suite on your own floor with 3 rooms to enjoy including a snug lounge area. This means privacy for all, but please feel free to use the kitchen, garden, and garage gym (treadmill, boxing bag, dumbbells, barbell and bench, slam balls, concept2 rower, etc). Oh, and there's a table tennis table in there too. One double bed and one single bed, but have two comfortable futon cubes so a family with up to 3 children could stay. Fire TV with BBC iPlayer, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Electric car charger available for a fee. 3 minute walk to a Sainsbury's local and really nice local coffee shop. 5 minute walk to a really nice pub overlooking a lake and fields (The Strawberry Thief). This is your stay so please feel free to relax undisturbed on your floor, but we're happy to be sociable and interact if you so desire. Also happy to play table tennis if you need an opponent. Guest access Weekdays - Check in between 5pm and 9pm. Checkout is 8am. Weekends - we're flexible from 5pm Friday. Let's talk closer to the time of your booking. Checkout 10am. You'll have access to a key to gain entry if there are times when we're out. During your stay Happy to be sociable if preferred. Other things to note There's so many great places to enjoy nearby. We're in a great location to reach the Cotswolds in 15 minutes, The Marlborough Downs in 20 minutes. Oxford, Bath, and Cheltenham are 45 minutes away, and Bristol about 55 minutes. We're 1 hour from Heathrow and just over an hour to central London by car or just under via train. If you're here for business, all of Swindon's big companies can be reached easily enough.
