Welcome to our charming, classic-style apartment in one of Colombo’s prime residential areas. This upstairs unit features three air-conditioned double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy sitting area, comfortably accommodating six adults. Enjoy independent access, Wi-Fi, hot water, and our unique book-filled ambiance. The space Location : The property is conveniently located prime residential area in Colombo. Its right next to the BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial Conference Hall and embassies and the UN office. Its strategic location ensures that guests can easily reach many local points of interest. The city's numerous attractions such as Independence Square, Barefoot, Paradise Road, Museum, Independence Square, Galle Face Green, Vihara Mahadevi Park, Gangarama Temple,Old Dutch Hospital, the Fort Railway Station etc. Located in a private lane, we're close Supermarkets, walking paths, and restaurants are nearby. We live downstairs and are available to help if needed. Enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay! Meals  Breakfast is on the house, including fruits, eggs, tea, and toast, with occasional traditional Sri Lankan dishes. You have access to a separate dining area, and the kitchen enables you to prepare your own meals if you wish. Free parking is available on the premises. Airport pick ups can be arranged on request Guest access There is always someone in the house to open the doors and see you in. I am always available and reachable on my mobile for guest requirements. The host family lives downstairs and the Bnb rooms are upstairs in the same premises. Guests have a separate entrance and their own key to independently move about at any time. Late check-in are possible. Other things to note Outside guests are not welcome in house. Thank you!
