Right at the property is a bus stop, in approx. 10 minutes you are in the middle of the city. Linens and towels are provided. For stays longer than 10 days, the towels and bed linen will be changed every 5 days and the property will be cleaned. The space The accommodation is equipped with two bedrooms. 1st bedroom: large bed 180 × 200 cm, a desk and a large wardrobe. 2nd bedroom: small queen size bed 140 × 200 cm, sofa bed 90 × 190 and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and toilet. An open kitchen with dining table. An open living room with TV and sofa bed 140 × 200 cm Guest access We have online check-in, where guests need to provide their personal information and upload an official ID before they arrive at the property. On the day of arrival, you will receive a detailed description with an individual access code for your apartment. Other things to note 1) Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. Penalty for smoking in the apartment (including e-cigarettes) - €300!! 2) Removing the smoke detectors - €300 3) Violation of house rules (pets, parties, disturbance of peace, etc.) - €200 4) Entering the house with dirty shoes (for fitters) - €100 5) Garbage left behind, dirty dishes - €50 6) More people than booked - €30 per person/night 7) No bicycles may be parked in the apartment!
