Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quiet location. Close to Osnabrück Zoo. Walking distance to Hof Hauswörmann, a beautiful farm with farm shop and large playground. Right at the property is a bus stop, in approx. 10 minutes you are in the middle of the city. Linens and towels are provided. For stays longer than 10 days, the towels and bed linen will be changed every 5 days and the property will be cleaned. The space The accommodation is equipped with two bedrooms. 1st bedroom: large bed 180 × 200 cm, a desk and a large wardrobe. 2nd bedroom: small queen size bed 140 × 200 cm, sofa bed 90 × 190 and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and toilet. An open kitchen with dining table. An open living room with TV and sofa bed 140 × 200 cm Guest access We have online check-in, where guests need to provide their personal information and upload an official ID before they arrive at the property. On the day of arrival, you will receive a detailed description with an individual access code for your apartment. Other things to note The accommodation tax of 3.5% is not included in the price and is generally payable by guests. 1) Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. Penalty for smoking in the apartment(also e-cigarettes) - €300!! 2) Pull off the smoke detectors - €300 3) Violation of house rules( pets, parties, disturbance, etc.) - €200 4) Entering the house with dirty shoes (for fitters) - €100 5) Left garbage, dirty dishes - €50 6) More people than booked - €30 per person/night 7) No bicycles may be parked in the apartment!
