Guesthouse in Little Rock

Cozy guest cottage nestled in the charming Hillcrest neighborhood! Built in 2018, this farmhouse studio is a great home base or work location with a queen bed, kitchenette, laundry, and spacious bathroom. Walking distance (15 min) from adorable cafes, sushi, pizzeria, bars, a grocery store, and from UAMS (10-15 min), which is ideal for those with family at the hospital. A 5 minute drive to downtown Little Rock, or an Uber ride if you want to leave the car and go for a date night in town! The space This rental is the entire cottage on the premise of a beautiful 1927 home. It is a complete separate structure in the private, gated back yard. The studio living space has a sitting area with 43" smart TV (connected to YouTube TV) and desk, kitchenette, stacked front loading washer and dryer, and a beautiful solid-wood farmhouse queen bed with two drawers of storage underneath. The bathroom is spacious, and includes a tiled in shower and reclaimed wood ceiling. Pack-n-play crib or pull-out sleeper ottoman (twin) available upon request! Kitchenette is set up to keep you comfortable for many days. Has a full sized microwave, mini-fridge with freezer compartment, designer pull-out faucet with garbage disposal in sink. Nostalgia combination coffee maker, toaster oven, and and griddle on the top means you can fry eggs and bacon, toast a waffle, and make a cup of coffee! We can provide a Nespresso coffee machine upon request. For technology, there are way too many outlets, 8 of which have 2 USB-A outlets each. The TV has YouTube TV with dozens of channels. The internet is full strength wireless (>100 MB download and upload speeds), and if you have a greater need, you can connect directly through ethernet. You enter the cottage through the fenced-in patio behind our house (after passing down our driveway), which has a with small pond and waterfall to sooth your mind after a busy day. We appreciate pets, but this space doesn't accommodate them. Sorry, no pets. Parking on street is safe and plentiful. Board games available upon request. Guest access To get to the cottage, you'll walk down our driveway beside the house, go in to the gated back yard, and walk through the patio. The patio isn't part of the rental space, but passing through is no problem. Other things to note There are two steps to get in to the cottage. No pets allowed in the Squirrel Cottage. The day of your stay, we'll share a door code to enter the cottage with. No key or key exchange required.
