Welcome to my home! - From this centrally located place you can easily access the city's main attractions. Old family house, completely remodeled and now hosting. It consists of 4 spacious and bright rooms, comfortable common areas, as well as daily housekeeping and internet included. Additionally, a terrace overlooking an internal garden designed by a local expert, full of tropical plants. The space Pacatus: Peaceful, tranquil It is a family home built in the mid-20th century, which was completely renovated giving it a new life, and has been redesigned and furnished with the idea of offering a quiet stay for all guests. 4 bedrooms with large windows, each with its respective blackout, curtains, ceiling fan, and top-notch interior finishes and decoration. Each room has air conditioning, especially useful for Costa Rica's wonderfully hot days. Guest access Guests will be accommodated on the 2nd floor, and on the first floor there is a large kitchen area, dining room and several lounges, as well as a wonderful terrace overlooking the internal garden full of tropical plants for the delight of guests. Additionally, the service office is located on the 1st floor, as well as the rooms of the Resident Housekeeper in the house. During your stay The house has a housekeeper who lives permanently in the house, which allows her to support guests in whatever they need to make their stay a beautiful experience. For an additional $7 per person, we offer a delicious typical breakfast from Monday to Friday, homemade and with top quality products and ingredients. Other things to note 1- If parking is required, Bogana Haus has a connection through its internal garden with a private parking lot that connects with the back of the house. The space to park the vehicle would have an additional cost, and must be negotiated directly with the owners of the parking lot. 2- The house has a washing machine and dryer for guest use. Two soap "pods" will be provided per week, enough for two loads of laundry. 3- It is important to mention that visitors are NOT allowed in Bogana Haus. Only duly registered guests may enter the house. 4- Once the reservation is confirmed, a photo of each guest's passport or identity card will be requested. 5- Room cleaning is done Monday | Wednesday | Friday 6- Our resident manager is in charge of washing the dishes and keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy. Collaboration is requested by keeping social areas tidy.
