A beautiful country house, 5 minutes from the village.

Are you looking for tranquility? Do you need to hear the sound of the birds in the morning? Being quiet in a beautiful country style house, 5 minutes from the village of Capilla del Señor? with all the comforts of a fully equipped house to have a good time and rest? Come and stay in our house! You'll find all that and more! We are waiting for you!! Important note: Unfortunately, due to bad experiences in the past, we do not allow pets. I hope you understand. The space It is a very enjoyable country house and very comfortable in its distribution. ***On one side of the house there are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. **The master bedroom is en-suite with dressing room, it has 1 king-size bed (2x2), smart TV with Direct TV and hot/cold air conditioning. It has 1 large and old window, with a very beautiful view of the garden and pool. **In the second bedroom there is a Queen bed (1.60), also with garden view! This bedroom has a ceiling fan. **The third bedroom, has 1 bunk bed (they are 2 beds of 1 square each) and another bed of 1 square with a cart bed underneath, overlooking the back of the garden, quiet and ideal for a deep rest. This room has a ceiling fan. These last two bedrooms share air conditioning (Cold) which is located in the hallway. Then, in the center of the house, there is the large living room and bar, with the main door leading to the gallery, from which you can see the pool and garden, as well as enjoy some delicious mate in the morning. In the center we can find the large fireplace, ideal for those fresh days, enjoy the fire lit. Then on the other side of the house are the kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and the laundry room with washing machine. We love the kitchen! It is spacious and comfortable, with a table in the middle that invites you to cook and live great moments as a family or with friends. It has everything one needs to have a dream stay. You will find: toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave, electric turkey, blender, processor and dishwasher. It also has an industrial type kitchen, very comfortable and perfect for preparing rich dishes. It has AACC. Outside the house and on the side of the kitchen, the pergola is located, this is open (it has no doors or walls, but it does have a ceiling ), the same has a table for 10 people and grill (this is uncovered) The garden is full of trees and plants that we have been adding over the years, with corners that invite you to rest and enjoy. It is undoubtedly a place full of magic that will make you feel in the middle of the countryside and being, in turn, so close to the village and only 1 hour from Buenos Aires. It has no dividing fence with the neighboring land (2 hectares) which is where my brother-in-law lives with his wife and children. Other things to note The house has an alarm, the neighborhood is very quiet and not very busy. My brother-in-law and his family live permanently on the land next to us.
