The space The old courthouse has been converted into a modern and luxurious 5 bedroom, four bathroom house with a huge open plan living area in the old courtroom! Located in the town of Lumsden in Northern Southland in the middle of some of the best trout fishing in the known universe! The carpeted lounge has a lovely firebox and a huge TV for evening entertainment. The modern kitchen is fantastic for communal cooking and the dining table seats 10 people. Each bedroom has a modern fully tiled ensuite, with a heater and underfloor heating. Your on site host Paul can share his local knowledge to help you have the best fishing experience.
