The space Inside: Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed ( extendable to a double), good for 2 adults and 2 children or 4 childeren. This rooms is offering French doors with direct access to the garden and majestic views as well as a dedicated work area. The bathroom with walk in rain shower, sink and toilet is accessible directly from this bedroom. From the bedroom you reach the living room, offering a large sofa, large flatscreen tv (Netflix available) and a closed fireplace. First floor: the kitchen in true Tuscan style offers everything a chef requires: stainless steel appliances: 5 pit SMEG stove, fridge and freezer, BOSH dishwasher and large farm style sink. You make your morning coffee with our Nespresso machine and milk frotter or with the traditional stove Moka. The kitchen has a direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy all fresco dining and cooking, offering a traditional wood burning pizza over as well as a large Australian gas BBQ and a rustic farm table for 10 people. 2nd floor: You enter the large master bedroom, offering the best views of the valley and the garden, built with an open floor plan to the kitchen. This room will be hosting the night of your dreams in a queen bed, gazing at the stars through the ceiling window. You have private access to a walk in rainshower, sink and toilet, right in this room. Garden: 9x4 meter pool, large pool deck for sunbathing, garden pergola offering shade, olive trees, breathtaking views of the valley Parking: 2 cars park comfortably in front of the home, 30 meters walk from the house on an incline walk path.
