For a pleasant stay by the sea, in the center of the Opal Coast, I offer this very sunny 23 m2 studio, located on the waterfront of Calais beach. Fully equipped, it includes: - Entrance with storage - Living room: equipped kitchen, table and chairs, sofa bed for sleeping 2 people. - Office area for teleworking (fiber box) - Bathroom, separate toilet. Résidence de la Plage in Calais: Quiet and secure. Waterfront in 5 minutes. Parking at the bottom of the building The space The studio is very well located. Restaurants at the foot of the building, bakery, press, pharmacy, small restaurant and other shops within 100 m. You can enjoy long walks on our large sandy beach with its iconic chalets (100 m, direct access) and bars, restaurants and snacks by the sea. Also enjoy a ride on the back of the Dragon de Calais along the dike. "Calais La Plage": Relaxation areas, playground, huge outdoor skatepark, small restaurant, entertainment... and our DRAGON of course. Buses and parking are free in Calais (blue zone in the city center, provide a parking disc) Numerous visits: Lace Museums, Fine Arts, War 39-45, the lighthouse - classified as a historic monument, the Town Hall, its belfry, its stained glass windows and its 6 bourgeois, the fortifications: Fort Risban (varans and dragon exhibition + promenade), Fort Nieulay, the Citadel. Belgium 40 minutes by highway . Many other visits and activities not to be missed within 30 km: The old town and Nausicaà in Boulogne/sea, the Clock Tower in Guines, the village of St Joseph in the Marais de Guines, the lake of Ardres (pedal boats, electric boats and ziplines), the small fishing village of Wissant etc... Please note that between June 15 and September 15, dogs are only allowed on Calais beach before 9 a.m. or after 7 p.m.; however, they are accepted on the dike and green spaces are close to the residence. Part of the beach of Blériot-Sangatte accepts animals on the sand all year round.
