Each apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and has access to a large veranda where you can enjoy the hot Cretan sun and relax with a glass of wine while reading your favorite book. The home has a very spacious area that is used as a living room, working area and dining room and has also access to the veranda. Kostas Homes is ideal for people who want to spend relaxing holidays close to nature away from noise and anxiety of the city. Extra Cost: The environmental fee of 8 euro per night is not included in the price. (new tax 2025) Guest access Our guests can enjoy the facilities of the whole house, the veranda, the small garden with the fresh vegetables and herbs that can be used by you for cooking, salads etc. Other things to note A bottle of wine and a small basket with fruits and vegetables will be offered at your arrival day as a welcome gift.
