FRIENDLYSTAY PRIME is a 2 BHK flat. In this listing, you are booking one room in the 2 BHK flat. Amenities in the bedroom - TV, AC, WIFI and attached bathroom. Toiletries (towels, dental kit, body wash and hand wash) are kept in each room. Common amenities - Hall, Dinning, Kitchen, Washing Machine, Fridge, Wi-Fi, Power Backup & RO filter water Kitchen, Dinning and Living Area shared with other guests. Alcohol not permitted Unmarried Couples not permitted The space This is a 2 BHK flat, with each bedroom featuring an attached bathroom. The hall and kitchen are shared common areas for both bedrooms. The Bedroom is private for guest which has an attached bathroom. The king/queen sized bed can accommodate 2 adults. The bathroom is fitted with Geyser to provide hot water and provisioned with free toiletries (Shower Gel & Hand Wash). Fresh/washed towels & bedding provided and are changed regularly (Once the guests check out or a guest staying for 3 days in the same room) The facility is provisioned with a kitchen which is shared between guests. It has all basic utensils for preparing food by the guest themselves. Guest can also order food through Swiggy or Zomato. Restaurants are also available nearby (1-2 KM radius). Grocery stores and eateries are available at a walkable distance (10 min). Guests have access to common areas that include Living Room (Hall), Dinning and Kitchen, terrace and parking Common amenities include Sofa, Fridge, Washing Machine, Wi-Fi etc.. Basic toiletries (Towel & Dental Kit) are kept in each room & Power Backup available for short power cuts (4-6 hrs.) Heavy electrical items will not function during power cuts. RO or water can (20 liter can) available in the kitchen for drinking/cooking purpose. TV is fitted in each bedroom. AIRPORT transfer available and chargeable Guest access Kitchen has all required utensils, Fridge, Mixer for guest to prepare their own food. Grocery to be purchased by guest. SMOKING not allowed inside the house. Our house is located in the southern part of the Chennai city. It is nearly 6 -7 KM away from the airport and a very safe place to stay. It is near to MIOT and SRI RAMACHANDRA hospitals. Shopping malls and Restaurants are available at a distance of 1-3 KM. Marina beach would be 20 KM away. DLF IT Park and Chennai Trade Center are at a distance of 3-5 KM. Places like T-Nagar, Guindy, other Shopping Malls are accessible within 1-12 KM's. Nearest Metro station is at Alandur. Parking available in the property. During your stay Even though we are an active and busy professional working family, we always endeavor to be of assistance to you when we are available (or required).
