Whether it's a nature vacation with the kids, a romantic couple's vacation or a remote home office, this place offers you everything you need. The space Welcome to our newly converted cottage in the middle of the Emmental hills. The former grain storage was rebuilt in 2023 and has served as an accommodation for those who like to unwind. With its location surrounded by forests, hills and mountains, it's the perfect spot for a secluded home office, romantic couples vacation or for nature holidays with the kids or as a couple. Those who like to hike, ride a bike or enjoy a relaxed swim in the in-house hotpot will get their money's worth with us. A well-equipped house awaits you with two bedrooms each with a double bed, a chill area, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a cozy living area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and fondue caquelon. A projector is available for cozy movie nights. It is best to bring your laptop to connect it to the projector. It has an HDMI port. In the garden there is a hotpot as well as a barbecue, various tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols waiting for you. Up to two cars can park on the property free of charge. Check-in can be done independently. You will receive information about this several days before your arrival. The property cannot be reached by public transport. In winter, we recommend a car with 4x4 drive or at least with snow chains, as the access road is regularly cleared, but depending on the weather conditions, it can still be temporarily slippery. Please note that both parties and noise and loud music are prohibited on the property. Since the accommodation is only designed for four people and out of respect for the neighbors, we can accommodate a maximum of four people at the same time. Children and babies also count towards the maximum number of four guests. Guest access The entire place is included in the rental fee. Other things to note There is no reception in the house. Calls can therefore only be made via the Internet (e.g. WhatsApp, Teams, etc.). Fast and stable Internet is available and included in the price. 1 Harasse of wood is available free of charge to use the hot tub and fireplace. Each additional Harasse must be paid for at the purchase price. Attention: You must light the hotpot yourself. Instructions can be found in the accommodation. The nearest train station is in the village of Zollbrück, where you will also find various shops such as a bakery and several grocery stores. If you like to be in nature, you can reach the house from Zollbrück by a 1.5-hour hike. Otherwise, the house is a 10-minute drive from Zollbrück. In general, a private vehicle is recommended, especially for longer stays, for shopping, excursions, etc.
