Full kitchen has all appliances- NO dishwasher. Full laundry room-your own Washer & Dryer. Separate side yard and seating for Studio down the side yard. There is NO additional CLEANING Fee added to your charges. No portable heaters allowed. The space This fully furnished STUDIO is a JDU and is stylish, modern, cozy, and in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Located close to downtown shopping and the park. Close proximity to lakes, hiking trails, shopping, downtown Pleasant Hill, schools, DVC, BART, and easy freeway access to HWY 680 and HWY 24. Location is 30 minutes drive to Napa and San Francisco, 1 hour drive to Sacramento, and 1 hour to San Jose. Weekly and monthly discounts built-in to Airbnb booking calculation. The open floor planned JDU STUDIO consists of a full kitchen, study area, coat closet, and full size bathroom. The kitchen has all appliances with NO dishwasher. The kitchen consists of coffee station and essential cooking gadgets with all basic pantry ingredients to easily make home cooked meals. Inside you will find a full size bed with comfortable fluffy soft pillow and bedding, small coach seat, writing desk with chair and TV with our streaming services added. The space is heated and cooled with central air and NO additional space heater are allowed. This Studio Unit is attached to the main house on the first floor with its own entrance. The entrance is located on the left side of the house with its own patio down the side of the house with 2 lawn chairs and a fire pit. There is plenty of street parking available right in front of the property. Guest access Check yourself in with the smart lock. You may park on the street in front of the property and enter through the gate on the left side of the garage. Or if you need the driveway, please indicate that and I will park on the street instead. The smart lock is located on the door. Lockbox code will be sent to you prior to your arrival We live on the main house and the laundry room will be shared. A locked doorway joins the shared laundry area. Studio wall is lined with our main kitchen. Our family of myself and my husband and we have occasion noise from screaming when we watch football on tv and have few friends over. We do try to keep the noise to a minimum and spend much time out and about and then we are asleep by 9pm. WE FOSTER DOGS FROM TIME TO TIME, so once in a while you will hear dogs barking. Other things to note Rest assured that our home is in the safest and family-friendly neighborhoods of Pleasant Hill. Nevertheless, security is a high priority so the home is watched with several alarmed security cameras on the exterior of the homes, laundry room, and garage.
