Landford's Cottage, your retreat!

Set in the scenic and wondrous New Forest National Park, this beautiful (17th Century) two bedroom cottage is perfect for people looking to get away to a peaceful spot. It is an ideal location from where you can explore the whole of The New Forest or the amazing varied beaches, enjoy the ancient cities of Salisbury and Winchester, the nearby Royal town of Romsey and the buzz of Southampton. It has it's own sunny garden space and private entrance for you to enjoy coming and going at your leisure. The space This cottage would be ideal for people looking for anything ranging between a family holiday, enjoying the gardens/facilities at the Cottage, exploring the local areas, eating out or even a base for fun New Forest cycling trip with friends. We find it to be a small slice of heaven, offering some of the best aspects the New Forest has to offer! Recently redecorated, the property has it's own Living Space, Bathroom and Kitchenette to accompany 2 highly comfortable Bedrooms. The Bathroom houses a full bath for lovely soaks after a day of adventuring, there is also a detachable shower head. We supply some Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash upon your arrival. (Occasionally bath bombs too if we have them in store!) The Kitchenette consists of a Toaster, Microwave Oven, Minifridge and Kettle with tea/biscuits, also a newly installed sink. So it's ideal to tide you over after coming back from days out and enjoying lovely lunches or dinners. We recommend The Landford Poacher as our go-to local, just a 2 minute drive away! As well as others, which we can give to you ahead of time for booking in advance, in a local area information pack too. Guest access The areas which come with the Airbnb Booking will be clearly seen as there are Private Property signs around as well as signs to let you know where to park and find things. *** PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool is available for guests from 31st May until October 4th (weather permitting!) with an extra charge per stay if you wish to use it. ***
