Description

This room is only recommended in tandem with one (or more) of our other rooms for larger groups. See https://airbnb.com/h/rural-getaway-east-sussex-weald-kingsize or https://airbnb.com/h/large-triple-aspect-ensuite-high-weald-aonb for details. The reason for this is that the sound proofing between this room and one of the others is very poor (which is what led to the awful review). The space You are welcome to relax in our living room with its huge wood burning stove (provided we don't have family visitors). Guest access In addition to the room itself (and en suite bathroom) you will have access to our large garden (with Wendy house, trampoline etc) plus a lounge and dining area (shared with other guests). By arrangement (please ask before confirming the booking) we can make the kitchen available to guests for short periods for the preparation of microwave meals and heating baby food. During your stay We are a family of four plus a cat and a dog. We will normally be available for help or advice during your stay. Sadly we cannot guarantee that our 17 and 14 year old children will be seen and not heard (though so far they have), but we will do our best.
