Your rental space includes 1/3 acre separately fenced + barn Enjoy beautiful beaches less then a 10 minute drive away or, just as close, a fresh water dip in Englishman River potholes. Stop by the amazing Coombs markets 2 mins away for some delicious farm fresh foods , or shop in the many gift stores with a large selection of homemade crafts. The space The trailer has a queen bed with easy access on either side. There are bunk beds, both double size The dining table converts into another double bed and the couch folds down into a single mattress. With the slide out there's still room for dog beds. Guest access *Birdsong's bonus*... Along with an outdoor seating area, and the hammock swing, your space also includes our huge covered barn seating . Here you can stay cooled off with comfortable chairs on one side and on the other we have an extra large country table to gather around for snacks, beverages, meals or a game night. The huge grass area including the trailer and in front of the barn (which is 1\4 of our total acre ! ) is also yours. It is separately fenced to feel safe and secure while you/kids enjoy our collection of - yard and table games -books -art supplies -kids toys -so many DVDs We have a shed full of things to do....keep the kids busy :) The convenient outdoor water station makes it easy for you/pets to rinse off after a day at the beach. *This property layout is perfect for family/friend gatherings like BBQs, birthday parties and other celebrations. *Our 2 dogs are kept in their own separate fenced area on the opposite side of our property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: *Our property is on a septic system, so we kindly ask that nothing but toilet paper be flushed. *Birdsong's entrance is the gate near the trailer-off of Bentridge Road. *The trails across the street in the greenbelt are a favorite for horses and riders, so we ask to be considerate with your dogs.
