It is in walking distance to all the beauties of this heartland of Irish heritage in Western Victoria. A walk from the house can access Tower hill and even the ride/bike trail to Warrnambool and Port Fairy. We love the hinter lands to the North; the volcanic plains and the Grampians (Gariwerd.) A perfect stopover from the Great Ocean Road. The space On the ground floor of an 1860's State Saving's Bank Of Victoria with a charming main bedroom in a beautiful sunlit room complete with a vault. (without any money ...sorry!) Another tellers office holds a single bedroom and the Manager's office, staff quarters make up a beautiful lounge and dining area. There is also a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, a walk in shower and 2 toilets with vaniies, Out side is a glorious garden and sitting area. Guest access Down stairs is accessed via a side gate on the eastern side of the property via the back door and is completely seperate from the upstairs apartment accessed through another entrance. The key is in a secured place ready for your arrival. Other things to note If you need a fourth guest to stay a trundle bed is available if you message us prior to payment.
