The space * It’s a 24sqm condo unit * Air-conditioned living room and bedroom * Internet Connection * Smart TV with free Netflix access * A full double-sized bed with pillows and linens * Dining table and chairs * Cooking and dining utensils * Fridge, induction stove, rice cooker, microwave oven, kettle * Pot, pan, plates, glasses, mugs, and silverware * Hot & cold shower, and bidet * Complimentary toiletries and more * Secure 24/7 security guard and CCTV camera Guest access PARKING AND FEES: Free for 3 hours Succeeding hour - Php 100.00 Overnight parking (until 5am) - Php 500.00 Weekly parking (may only be available if booked 2 weeks before) - Php 1,100.00 Monthly parking (may only be available if booked 2 weeks before)- Php 4,300.00 Rates are imposed by the Building Management. Please note: The parking space is a first-come, first-served basis. We rarely accept bookings that need car parking. It is very difficult to find one and so much hassle for both parties. POOL: Open daily from 6:00am to 8:00pm ROOF DECK: Open daily from 5:00am to 10:00pm Other things to note When your booking is confirmed, we will need a copy of each guest's valid government ID/passport for security compliance of the property. Rest assured that your privacy is our priority, we do not share your personal information. *Some House Rules: * Late Check-out Policy: Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed with the host in advance. Guests requesting a late check-out will be charged an additional fee of Php500. Late check-out requests beyond 1:00 PM will be charged for an additional night's stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Early Check-In Fee: Early check-in requests before 3:00 PM will incur a fee of 100/hour. This fee is charged per hour and is subject to unit availability. Please note: Early Check-in fee is implemented as guest will already utilize the unit such as the electricity. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking the previous night to ensure availability upon arrival. Non-smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the condo. This policy applies to all tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and vaping devices. Guests found smoking in non-designated areas will be subject to a cleaning fee of Php1,500. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment in the unit.
