Balcony to relax on and have access to fresh air, something that hotel stays can not offer. 10min walk to super funky Yarraville Village. Only an 18min train ride into CBD. SMART TV and unlimited wifi. Super comfy beds. Lovely view of golf course. Quiet and private. Secure building. Parking in underground carpark. The space Yarraville is a funky inner-western suburb of Melbourne, just 6 km from Melbourne's CBD. The is family friendly and has a beautiful village lifestyle. I am well-travelled and love meeting new people and sharing stories. Having spent many years travelling, I have been an Airbnb guest and really enjoyed the experience. Being a wanderlust, I have also been a couchsurfer in a past life. Now that I am home, it is my turn to return the favour and I would love to host you in the most liveable City in the world, the cultural hub of Australia. My life has changed a little now with two young children and a husband but I still travel and when we do we use Airbnb. Originally from Sydney, I love Melbourne and can't wait to share it with you. Our apartment is near new. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with showers PLUS secured car space in undercover carpark under the building with lift access direct from carpark. Both bedrooms have queen size bed. Walking distance to Yarraville village, a park next door, Yarraville train station an 8min walk and views of golf course. The bedrooms are are at the back of the apartment away from traffic noise. Large built in mirrored wardrobes and wooden hangers. The living space has a sliding door that opens up to your very own balcony overlooking the golf course. Gorgeous bathrooms. No bath for kids, but we can happy to provide baby bath for families (please request at time of booking). Train Station is a short walk from our apartment with a direct train into CBD. We are pet and family friendly. ***4WD owners please note - garage height restriction is 2.1m. Other things to note Can be flexible on check in and out times. Just ask! Bringing your baby? No problem! Highchair, stroller, baby bath and portacot available at no extra charge. Please let me know at time of booking if you require baby equipment. ***Secure parking in undercover garage with remote entry. Please note, we do not provide face washer/flannels. We used to provide face washers, but they used to go missing or come back covered in makeup which ruined them. It became too costly, especially when I had 20 Airbnbs prior to the pandemic.
