The island is bordered by nice walking paths and good swimming areas. 300 meters from the house there is a mini golf course. In the living room between these is a 160 cm wide sofa bed, where you have the opportunity to pull the curtains for a little privacy. Two fully equipped toilets, one per floor. In the ground floor bathroom there is a laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen. Large dining room table, large social sofa. Conservatory with sliding glass sections around and large balcony and patio.
