Close to transportation, shopping convenient stores, international airport and highways. The unit is like 5 minute walk from the guard house. The space Guest can use the entire first floor and the 2 bedroom in the second floor Other things to note Guest are required to provide their identification card upon check in. Please expect that guard officers would require guest or the car driver to show identification card before entering the vicinity. Garbage are being picked up several times in a day except Sundays. Please make sure that garbage is being properly secured in a garbage bag before placing outside the fence for pick up.
